About Dr. Shannon Payseur

Professional Nutrition Coach

Dr. Shannon Payseur completed her medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN, and her residency at Methodist Hospitals of Dallas. She did her undergraduate studies at Xavier University of New Orleans and post-graduate work at Tulane University in New Orleans, where she earned a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in nutrition.

Her areas of specialization include wound care and nutrition. Her exceptional knowledge of the science-based dietary components adds an extra dimension to her wound care expertise by helping patients to incorporate a holistic nutrition strategy into their recovery process.
